Specific exercise programmes designed to suit your individual requirements and needs. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, posture or prevent reoccurring injuries to general fitness and well- being.
They are devised for you to work your body, enabling you to train using correct movements patterns. They are done on a 1-1 basis, and programmes can be taken away to work on, or exercises can be trained in house at UMove Studio, with continual monitoring and adptatations to the programme enabling progression.
